Ted Katzakian is a native Lodian, graduating from Lodi High School and Stockton College. He received his Bachelor's Degree from UCLA in 1959. Ted returned to Lodi and began his career in real estate in 1961. He is currently a partner in the largest independently owned real estate firm in the Lodi area, Katzakian, Williams and Associates. In addition to being a licensed broker, Ted is also a licensed building contractor.

For over 30 years Ted has built shopping centers, custom homes, industrial buildings, office complexes, a golf course and tract homes. Within Lodi he has developed the following subdivisions:  Beckman Ranch, Sunnyside Estates, Park West, Aladdin Gardens, The Apple Orchard and Fairway Estates. Ted now concentrates on building magnificent custom homes. Ted is extremely vested in the future of Lodi and it's real estate. Having been a former councilman and mayor of the city of Lodi, he remains committed to the city and it's residents.
